Non-precious porcelain fused to metal restorations with its low price, good aesthetic effect, high strength, chemical stability and good biocompatibility, has been widely used in clinical crowns and bridges, and was accepted by the majority of patients. Among them, the nickel-chromium alloy somewhat less because of its low price, good mechanical properties and high bond strength advantages, the most commonly used the porcelain metal base material, but the corrosion resistance and biocompatibility, clinical gingival dye, mucosal allergies and other problems need to be solved. To do this, in recent years there have been new ceramic base material developed and used clinically, such as titanium, titanium alloy, containing titanium. The key to the success of porcelain fused to metal restorations good adhesion between the metal-ceramic, the experiment of five commonly used in clinical non-precious base material with different porcelain bonding strength test comparison to provide clinical work with experimental basis. Commonly used in clinical experiments pure titanium, titanium alloys, including titanium alloy, Ni-Cr alloy five non-precious metals as the research object, the production of metal specimens of 108 randomly divided into 9 groups (n = 12), produced by the clinical routine, were fused to the Noritake Ti22 porcelain, the porcelain HeraCeram powder and Vita porcelain powder, porcelain fused to metal specimen 9 groups: group A1: Ni-Cr (H) the fused HeraCeram porcelain group A2: Ni- porcelain powder of Cr (H) fused to Vita, B1: Ni-Cr (Northwest) fused to HeraCeram porcelain, B2: Ni-Cr (Northwest) fused to Vita porcelain, Group C: the titanium melting attached Noritake Ti22 porcelain powder, D group: Ti6Al4V melting with Noritake Ti22 ceramic powder, group E: Ti6Al7Nb fused to Noritake Ti22 porcelain, F1 group: titanium-containing the fused to HeraCeram porcelain powder, F2: titanium fused to Vita-containing ceramic powder. The three-point bending test method for testing of sintered metal-ceramic specimens of gold - porcelain bonding, each set of data will be used for statistical analysis, comparison groups gold - porcelain bond strength. Then randomly selected from the group of porcelain specimen 2, a total of 18 specimens, with a self-curing resin embedding, polished with SiC water sandpaper until revealed porcelain bond interface were observed by scanning electron microscopy after each group metal phase The porcelain fused combination of the morphology of the interface. The experimental results showed: 1.NI-Cr alloy group binding: the A1 group the bonding strength of the test pieces for 46.05 ± 3.16, the group A2 binding strength was 42.05 ± 3.26, the the group B1 bonding strength as 44.04 ± 3.69, the combination of group B2 The strength of 47.47 ± 2.92. The statistical results showed that: A1> B1, B2> B1 (P gt; 0.05); A1> A2 (P lt; 0.05) Electron microscopy showed: specimen porcelain and metal matrix intertwined. Linked closely together. Visible bubbles no obvious intermediate layer. (2) the combination of titanium and titanium alloy group case: the C group titanium-Noritake Ti22 bond strength: 36.49 ± 2.98 MPa, group D Ti6Al4V-Noritake Ti22 bond strength: 39.93 ± 2.96 MPa, E group Ti6Al7Nb-Noritake Ti22 bond strength: 39.35 ± 2.88 MPa. The statistical results showed that: D group, E group bonding strength is greater than the C group (P lt; 0.05), D gt; E (P GT; 0.05). Electron microscopy showed that the groups porcelain and metal matrix intertwined. Linked closely together. Visible bubbles no obvious intermediate layer. Titanium' dissertation">Titanium-containing groups combined case: the F1 group containing titanium-HeraCeram binding strength: 41.08 ± 2.98 MPa, the F2 group containing titanium-Vita bonding strength: 42.29 ± 3.38 MPa, the statistical results showed that: F2> F1 group (P gt; 0.05). Electron microscopy showed the: groups porcelain and metal matrix intertwined. Linked closely together. Visible bubbles no obvious intermediate layer. The Ni-Cr (A1, A2, B1, B2), titanium group (C), titanium (D, E) and titanium group (F1, F2) gold - porcelain bond strength to compare , the statistical results show a significant difference, and Ni-Cr gt; containing titanium gt; titanium alloy (2) gt; titanium. Conclusion: the experimental group metal gold - porcelain bond strength is greater than the the 1SO required value of 25 MPa, in line with the requirements of clinical applications. The 2.Ni-Cr (H) - HeraCeram porcelain is greater than the bonding strength of the Ni-Cr (H)-Vita porcelain (P lt; 0.05), with manufacturers of metal and ceramic powder gold - porcelain bond strength is better; Ni-Cr (West)-Vita combination of strength greater than Ni-Cr (West) - HeraCeram porcelain bonding strength but not statistically significant (P GT; 0.05) Ni-Cr (West) Metal Vita porcelain and porcelain HeraCeram between can match each other, provide more choices for clinical work. 3.Ti-6Al-4V and Ti-6Al-7Nb and Noritake Ti22 porcelain bonding strength are greater than the bonding strength of the titanium-Noritake Ti22 (P lt; 0.05), both titanium and porcelain bond strength without significant (P gt; 0.05), suggesting that our titanium may be better than pure titanium clinical application. 4 containing titanium-Vita porcelain bond strength greater than containing titanium-HeraCeram porcelain bond strength but no significant difference (P gt; 0.05), containing titanium the Vita porcelain and HeraCeram porcelain can be matched with each other to use. 5 clinical commonly used non-precious metals gold - porcelain bond strength of Ni-Cr gt; containing titanium gt; titanium alloy (2) gt; titanium, statistically significant difference between them, the research data analysis Description: the bonding strength of the Ni-Cr alloy and porcelain, suitable for clinical application, be improved and enhanced corrosion resistance and biocompatibility; pure titanium and titanium alloy biocompatibility and corrosion resistance is relatively good , but its clinical forward its binding strength compared to Ni-Cr and low-containing titanium alloy to be further improved; containing titanium alloy having a good performance of Biochemistry, preferably a combination of strength, but because it is a new material effect remains to be confirmed.
