Studied in this paper is based on the urban land-efficient residential study around the two main themes of the evaluation and policy system of urban land-efficient residential and expanded , and its purpose is to explore the promotion of the healthy development of our land-efficient residential market way. The research methodology is based on the concept of sustainable development as the theoretical basis , drawing on existing research results , the use of the system analysis , research analysis and evaluation system and policy measures . The conclusions of this paper are as follows : First, the theoretical foundation for the sustainable development concept , analysis of land-efficient residential and the ecological residential , green residential and healthy residential level relations , summed up the characteristics of China's urban land-efficient residential . Second, through the study and understanding of domestic and foreign similar evaluation system , combined with the characteristics of the land-efficient residential to construct the index system to adapt to the status quo of China 's residential market . The index system from residential space environment , energy-saving and environment , water conservation and water resources utilization , and materials and material resources , section six with land use planning and economic commenced . The index system innovation introduction of economic indicators , taking into account the factors of China 's real estate market prices are too high . Third, the establishment of a fuzzy evaluation model based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process .
