Abstract


With the process of global economic integration , China's rapid growth in export trade , but at the same time, China has been suffering is also a sharp increase in foreign anti-dumping investigation into the incident , has become the biggest victim of anti-dumping measures , this article is based on this background and written . Academics and practitioners intensified anti-dumping cases against China is faced with how to deal with anti-dumping and anti - dumping accounting given a great deal of attention from economics, law perspective , the formation of a lot of the value academic point of view . But most studies tend discussion on the macroeconomic framework or theoretical thinking, response under the anti-dumping practice requires specific anti-dumping accounting support system to build the research , more fragmented , not systematic and comprehensive . The departure from the anti-dumping accounting background to the study , more in-depth study of the specific content of the anti-dumping accounting support system , and then provide ideas for anti-dumping deal with practices and techniques . This paper first introduces the research background, practical significance , researchers have investigated the status quo and the theoretical basis of this study ; Secondly, from the status quo of China's current anti-dumping suffered damage caused by our start -depth exploration of the reasons for forming the condition , reflects the anti-dumping accounting support system construction necessity ; Finally, is the subject of this paper research : anti- dumping accounting support system to build , that part compared to comprehensively expounded the anti-dumping accounting support system of specific build , which constructed specifically to deal with anti-dumping cost management system ; transition export products to enter the international market , by the exit into the \anti-dumping early warning , information sharing mechanisms ; recommended to pay attention to regional accounting standards coordination is the specialty .
