Abstract


Civil service recruitment is the entrance of the management of the civil service , the saying goes, \theoretical issues. Recently, a lot of civil service recruitment problems , some from a sound level of the macro - system and the micro level of technological innovation to elaborate , some to discuss the written examination design and interview reform of hired . While personality factors also have an important effect on human behavior performance , but to explore the character for the impact of the civil service recruitment interview involving little . The character is an important part of the personality , which is a major psychological mark of distinction between individual differences . Character analysis of the interview use , not the negation of the original interview methods and procedures , just by exploring personality problems on the job performance of the civil servants in future play an important role , attempts to explain the many elements should be personality factors added to the interview evaluation , go perfect elements of structure of the interview , in order to increase the effectiveness of the interview . In this paper, the analysis of the civil service system of recruiting , summarized the difficulty of the implementation of the system of recruiting and trying to start from the strict civil service selection process and selection means to explore the personality factors and personality analysis is introduced into the civil service recruitment interview process , the promotion of an interview reform and innovation .
