Abstract


Housing security system is an integral part of the social security system, one of the housing security systems is the perfect realization of the national economy sustained, rapid and stable development, is the embodiment of social justice, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of all members of society an important guarantee. With the continuous deepening of the housing security system, and establish appropriate to the specific circumstances of each city’s housing security system has been put on the agenda. This paper reviewed the development process of China’s housing security system, based on low-income people in Changchun City, the housing security system for the study, document analysis, data analysis and interviews on the low-income people in Changchun City to study the housing security system. Improve low-income people of Changchun City, housing security system, ways and means.The author of the paper presents the situation of the housing security system of Changchun City. The author did a large number of visits and research, from basic situation of Changchun City housing, analyzing the Changchun City, Changchun City Average price and purchasing power of residents. On this basis, the author analyzes the Changchun City, the status of implementation of affordable housing and problems.Countries and regional housing security system is the variety of ways. Therefore, differences in the useful experience gained will help improve housing security system in Changchun City. By analyzing the different countries and regions of the status of implementation of housing security system, to find suitable housing security system in Changchun City, learn from experience.After analyzing the housing system, the author ultimately gained the way how to improve the obtained low-income people in Changchun City, the conclusions of the housing security system. Changchun City, its conclusions, including improved management of affordable housing and expand affordable housing construction scale, scope and improve the construction of affordable housing in building the legal system. Hope that these results can be low-income people to improve housing in Changchun City to provide reference for security system.
