Abstract


According to ISO-9000, QC is defined as a part of quality management, and to appease the requirement of quality. In the realm of the paper making’s industry control, Quality Control System (QCS) is a kind of distributed control system which is only designed for paper machine. It’s the production of apply the computer science, control technology and network. With the application of computer science, control process, and the technology of precision mechanization, to ensure the good quality for the enterprise’s manufacture control and improve the production rate. The key idea of QCS is centralized management and distributed process. We implement three advantages that include sensor, MIS, Using the tools of QCS to control quality, arts and crafts.We need to choose the target embedded operating system and build a software development environment for X86 embedded platform while start to design and implement QCS. Based on the characteristics of different operating systems and our project’s requirement, the best suitable solution that was chose. Then, some key methods to customize the target embedded operating system are introduced. Some problems of developing database plug-in and load DMM32 module into embedded system are analyzed and solved in the paper.At last but not least, Apply QCS on the actual environment that we will discover a problem which data communication on difference OS and databases, So the paper will show how to implement the database plug-in that base on Qt4 platform in this process. Above two steps is the core of this paper.
