Abstract

Sand trap on the cyclone-type body diameter inlet section width of the cone segment height for the structural parameters , characteristics of indoor wind tunnel performance tests , testing the sand trap dust collection rate and data processing and analysis . The experimental results show that , to change the level of the one of the structural parameters , the average sand trap dust collection rate of between 80 to 90% , and the parameter changes in the level of dust collecting rate for each particle diameter range of soil samples different effects . Available through data processing and analysis : in each wind speed , soil samples for several particle size , body diameter changed from 50mm to 40mm of dust collection rate was no significant difference ; inlet section width is changed from 10mm to 8mm on dust collection There was no significant difference ; 0.8 ~ 0.3mm, 0.3 ~ 0.076mm particle size range of soil samples , cone segment height changes from 100mm to 125mm on dust collection rate was no significant difference , and for mixed soil samples , the cone the segment height change of the dust collection rate differences significant . Soil samples of the different diameter , when the body diameter , respectively , the inlet cross - sectional width and height of the cone segment factor , changing the level of the respective factors , no significant difference in the average dust collection rate of the sand trap .
