Abstract


New technology and new business continuously introducing in telecom Industry, more communication construction projects present some characteristics, short construction cycle and strong timeliness. And these projects are usually complex, they need big investment, long period, many paiticipants, therefore the risk appears inevitably. Under these circumstances, how to complete CDMA project successfully in a shot time and how to manage the risk of the project effectively become the concerned problems in telecom enterprises.Firstly the paper makes an analysis according to the current situation of the risk management and the problems which exist in the risk management. And then combining with specific CDMA projects, and adopting the methods of combining the theory and practice, do a further research of the risk management techniques like risk planning, risk identification, risk analysis, risky response and risky supervision. The writer discussed the main methods and key techniques of the risky management in detail in order to provide customers with the best and the most reliable services.
