Abstract


The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy, the more rapid development of economic globalization, the world's companies are involved. International competition in domestic and domestic market internationalization \In the face of increasingly intense competition in the market, how to obtain a sustainable competitive advantage has been the constant exploration and practice of theorists and entrepreneurs. As basic industries and pillar industries, the telecommunications industry has an important role in promoting the development of the national economy depends on the microscopic basis of the strength of the competitiveness of enterprises, while the development of the telecommunications industry. Currently, the Chinese telecom companies face the external environment has also undergone a huge change: consumer bargaining power enhanced after WTO entry, the entry of foreign enterprises, the arrival of 3G technology. Their own development needs and the requirements of the external environment, so that it must pay attention to the improvement of competitiveness. Based on this background, the Chinese telecommunications industry, the competitiveness of enterprises, making this stage telecom enterprise development status at home and abroad, the competitive landscape, means, methods, depth and comprehensive analysis based on the use of Porter five forces analysis \\The research work includes: (1) review the development of the telecommunications industry and the competitiveness of enterprises and research status, proposed to study the problem: telecom enterprises to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, the establishment of the basic ideas and framework of the study. (2) to establish a theoretical framework to study the competitiveness of Chinese telecom companies.
