Achievement motivation affect a person 's career development an important issue , it is related to work attitude and enthusiasm. Employee's responsibility to fulfill the organization 's concern , which directly affects organizational performance . In this study, technology and innovation officer for the study, study achievement motivation on the psychological contract fulfillment of obligations , taking into account whether the leader -member exchange in which played a mediating role . Role in clarifying these relationships , in order to provide a theoretical basis for management practice . In this study, the literature analysis, established on the basis of previous studies of achievement motivation effects on psychological contract research framework . Secondly, the Wuxi area of 301 technological innovation personnel conducted a questionnaire survey , and finally , through correlation analysis, regression analysis and other research hypothesis can be tested, the following conclusions : 1. Achievement motivation and psychological contract staff responsibilities significant positive correlation , including : pursuit of success motivation and psychological contract staff responsibilities significant positive correlation , to avoid the failure of staff motivation and psychological contract obligations significant negative correlation . (2) Achievement Motivation and leading members of the exchange a significant positive correlation , of which: the pursuit of success motivation and leading members of the exchange was significantly positively related to avoidance motivation and leading members of the exchange failed significantly negatively correlated . 3 leading members of the exchange in achievement motivation and psychological contract between employees responsible intermediary role played parts . Where: In the pursuit of success motivation and psychological contract between employees responsibility to play an intermediary role in the failure avoidance motivation and psychological contract employee relations responsibilities can not afford an intermediary role .
