In corporations, in addition to formal economic contracts, there are implicitpsychological contracts. A psychological contract is the link between the enterprise andits staff and plays an inestimable role in the enterprise human resources management. Forstate-owned enterprises, how to promote the enterprise human resources managementlevel and retain key employees has become a more and more important issue. How tograsp the human resource management trends of developed countries and use take thehuman resources management techniques and methods for references has become animportant problem that domestic enterprises must face. Thus the importance of staffpsychological contract researches has been realized by more and more enterprises.This paper will discuss the connotations of the psychological contract and make abasic analysis about the advantages and existing problems of the management ofTangsteel. The main purpose of this paper is to solve the lack of talented problem thatTangsteel faces currently in the increasingly fierce competition in the steel industry bybuilding "the psychological contract" management mode between the enterprise and itsyoung employees. Following the managing idea of based on human,emphasized thatconcept,basement,precondition,system,environment are essential factors. The symbioticbenefit relationship which lies between enterprise and employee must be consolidated;The conjunct anima and coincident value tropism must be formed. Employee is diligentto dedicate to enterprise,more development and advancement of enterprise will beachieved, society wealth and economy benefit will be created. This paper will also putforward the way that Tangsteel can use to construct "the psychological contract" in orderto let human resources become the center of the enterprise benefits creation. According tothe characteristics of our subject, this paper will use the daily research method, theliterature methodology method, the depth interview method, the questionnaire surveymethod and the system research method.Based on the domestic and foreign researches on the psychological contract, theenterprise management and the applications of the psychological contract in the human resource management, this paper will use Tangsteel young employees as the researchsubject and complete the questionnaire survey on the young employees in order to collectrelevant statistical data. And then, by using the single factor analysis method, this paperwill do researches on the present situations of the psychological contract of youngemployees in Tangsteel from gender, education background, duties level and workingyears four angles and make comparisons to draw our final conclusions. According tothe conclusions, this paper will put forward advice about the management of Tangsteelyoung employees. This paper will use SPSS17.0to process the data in this paper.
