Abstract


With the rapid development of the economy, the rapidly changing market demand, as well as information technology continues to progress, the competition in the market has been changed by the competition between enterprises to competition between the supply chain and supply chain. In order to get more profits in the competition, companies focus on the development of its core business, outsourcing of non-core business to other companies, their suppliers and distributors supply chain. How to ensure that the supply chain in the quality of products to meet the requirements, is the core enterprise of the supply chain must face the problem. Quality management of the supply chain is the emergence, formation of quality within the scope of the entire supply chain management and implementation process. \The focus of this article is the incentive for suppliers and manufacturers in the supply chain aspects of quality control and quality analysis. First, today at home and abroad on the limitations of the analysis on the basis of the quality of supply chain management research status and related theories, quality management, supply chain management inadequacies and supply chain quality management issues. This paper focuses on the following two questions in-depth study, ie, the core enterprise of the supply chain is the lack of effective control of the quality of products in the supply chain and the lack of effective incentive for product quality suppliers. Secondly, for more than two questions, the use of game theory, principal-agent theory, theory and analysis of quality control theory and statistical sampling method, respectively game model of supply chain quality inspection and quality of supply chain contract model. Through the analysis of these two models, optimization and solving the following conclusions: enterprise carrying out quality sampling decisions can be based on the level of production quality suppliers, vendors penalty coefficient, supplier risk preferences and their relationship to analyze decisions ; companies can design by contract parameters to achieve an effective incentive supplier of supply chain quality control decision optimal enterprise performance. Finally, selected as the representative of Company B of the production of auto parts, combined with the above conclusions drawn in this paper as a case study. Through case studies, has a certain practicality and effectiveness of the conclusions of this study can help enterprise decision support. In addition, the supply chain quality management according to corporate status quo, as well as the model and the related conclusion, this article gives the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) game theory is applied to the study of the supply chain a lot, but in the quality of the supply chain management research is in its infancy. In this paper on research and analysis, game theory and the principal-agent theory can be applied to the supply chain, quality inspection and Supply Chain Quality Incentives. (2) This article by quality inspection Game model, draw the relationship between the supply and demand sides sampling program supplier quality levels and suppliers penalty coefficient, both supply and demand apply this model to be able to get more revenue. (3) through the establishment of quality based on the cross of the principal-agent incentive model, analyzed production of remuneration paid to the supplier coefficient, helping manufacturers to establish optimal contract to achieve optimal quality incentives.
