Abstract


Economic development has led to the continuous development of trade between the countries , with the attendant environmental problems more and more attention . There is growing recognition that economic development and environmental protection are closely linked to take environmental protection measures in order to achieve the development of the national economy , it is essential for countries to redouble their environmental protection efforts , and promote the economic and environmental coordination development. Many experts and scholars from different points of view on this issue research, produce many useful results . In recent years , as the rise of the environmental and economic accounting measure of national environmental indicators , various countries joined in the traditional economic accounting based on part of the cost of the environment , and to re-examine the economic development of the state and enterprises . In this regard, the European and American countries started earlier and done better . Our understanding of environmental issues and the accounting of the environmental costs of a late start, theoretical research is relatively backward . With national attention , China has also carried out some research work , the green GDP accounting in recent years to engage in experimental work , we focus on the environmental economic accounting included in the accounts of a number of pilot provinces and cities . This article on the basis of the combination of theory and accounting methods , Qingdao City Environmental economic impact on trade is of great practical significance . The paper first discusses the relationship between the environment and trade , including the impact of the environmental impact on trade and trade environment .
