Objective To observe the ischemic preconditioning (ischemia precondition, IPC) reduced-size liver transplantation redox factor -1 (Redox factor-1, Ref-1) protein expression to explore IPC reduced-size liver transplantation injury in rats the protective effect and its mechanism. 100 Lewis adult male rats were randomly divided into three groups: IPC transplantation group (IPC group), 50% of the transplant group (PLT group) and sham-operated group (SO), respectively, after transplantation, 0.5h, 2h, 6h 24h sacrificed at various time points by Western immunoblotting hybridization and immunohistochemical techniques combined with image analysis quantitative detection transplant Ref-1 expression changes, combined with serological and histopathological analysis of the significance of Ref-1 expression. IPC group after 6h and 24h serum ALT values ??decreased significantly compared to the PLT group (t = 4.553, P <0.05; t = 10.110, P <0.01). The pathology analysis shows the The PLT group after 24h periportal inflammatory cells infiltrating the liver sinusoidal dilatation significantly heavier liver injury and can be seen; IPC group less damage. Compared to the PLT group, IPC group, reduced-size liver transplantation 24h observed in Ref-1 protein expression was significantly higher (P <0.05) in the liver parenchymal cells. Conclusion Ischemic preconditioning can reduce the reduced-size liver transplantation early liver damage, and promote liver tissue Ref-1 protein expression, suggesting that ischemic preconditioning less size liver graft early injury mechanisms may promote Ref-1 protein expression .
