Abstract


The eastern coastal areas rising factor prices after decades of rapid development, land, water, electricity, and labor resources, the economic crisis has led to a significant decline in demand for the world's major markets in 2008, the industrial development of eastern coastal areas facing huge cost and demand pressures.
