Abstract


At present, China's enterprises are facing intense competitive environment , how to make better development in a complex market environment , has become the concern of managers . For business growth , internal resources determine the most appropriate rate of growth and development of corporate long-term and stable . Excessive growth and slow growth will give the development of enterprises have serious drawbacks .
