Abstract


The experienced three rural financial reform , rural finance in China is always facing the same problem , the supply of rural finance can not effectively meet the needs of China's rural financial . Why, and how to solve it ? For this reason, the imbalance between supply and demand of China's rural financial depth analysis . The full text is composed of four parts : The first part of the demand for rural financial analysis , which is mainly rural financial needs of the main characteristics of and demand for rural financial analysis . The second part of the supply of rural financial analysis , which is mainly rural financial supply main and rural financial supply characteristics analysis . The third part is the analysis of China's rural financial imbalances and the reasons . In this section , the paper first elaborated the current imbalance between supply and demand of China's rural financial performance that the supply and demand imbalance , credit funds uses structural imbalances , structural imbalance and maturity structure of capital lines of credit imbalances ; then were both from the practical and theoretical aspects of our analyze the causes of the imbalance between supply and demand of rural finance and draw : in practice, due to the demand of rural finance , agricultural credit funds of the agricultural Development Bank of China , supply and the supply capacity of the rural credit cooperatives and postal savings institutions , the agricultural Bank of China, the main body weakening , rural non- formal financial institutions and financial supply there are a lot of problems and other reasons , in theory, lead to adverse selection and moral hazard , the lack of insurance coverage as well as high - risk agriculture due to information asymmetry reasons . The fourth part of the thesis focuses on the above analysis , propose solutions to the problem of the imbalance between supply and demand of China's rural financial countermeasures : to deepen the reform of the rural financial institutions to increase the supply of rural finance body , to develop agricultural insurance , and to promote market-oriented interest rate reform .
