Abstract


Since reform and opening, Mayang Miao Autonomous County’s agricultural and rural economic development has made great achievements in agriculture and rural and local economies are increasingly linked. So, to solve the agricultural and rural economic development relationship, Mayang Miao Autonomous County of the "three rural" development also play a major role. Since affect rural development for many reasons, one of the important reasons is that the current Mayang Miao Autonomous County rural financial institutional arrangements are not able to meet the financing needs of rural economic entities. And Ma County is the city’s comprehensive rural reform pilot counties, Mayang Miao Autonomous County rural financial system reform is very complicated, it is an extremely difficult task, the lack of interest relationship. Therefore, Mayang Miao Autonomous County vigorously promote rural development, improve the speed of development of the rural economy, we must deepen and develop rural financial reform; to be able to effectively address rural issues have become increasingly prominent.Over the years, Ma County rural financial system reform by other long-term structural reform "inertia" effect, long-term rural financial system to become an appendage of rural economic system, leading to long-term absence of the main rural finance. For existing rural financial system of the outstanding issues, the use of rural financial system in the process changing path dependence theory, identify current deficiencies in the system of rural financial system, from the political economy dimension inspection, Mayang rural financial system is currently in Structure and function of double defects exist. It can not meet Mayang financing needs of rural economic entities. While suppressing the current development of rural finance, rural economy has led to the slow development of the financial needs of the body. Thus, throughout the Mayang Miao Autonomous County rural financial activities, financing activities in rural finance the entire contents, and with the development of rural economic services for the purpose. Further develop financial products to broaden the financing channels of comprehensive reform and strengthen the rural financial culture.
