Abstract

A built in high-rise buildings on soft ground, if the structure is analyzed using a simplified calculation method often caused by waste is to produce a safety hazard, only joint action analysis method, the upper part of the structure, as the basis and foundation of the three not to project The force of the overall system analysis, in order to truly reflect the actual working condition, both safe and economic design. Due to the complexity of the problem, the study of the interaction of superstructure, foundation and foundation problems has always been attached great importance to the civil engineering sector at home and abroad. In recent years, the calculation method of the finite element method and substructure method mature, large general-purpose finite element software development and the rapid development of computer hardware for research of this topic may be. In this paper, a general-purpose finite element analysis software ANSYS, simplify the calculation, and the joint action of the finite element analysis model of a high-rise office building (frame - shear wall structure). First conduct a gravity loads, wind loads and horizontal seismic action model deformation and internal forces results contrast; then through changes to the role of analytical models of ground deformation modulus, the thickness of the raft and the upper structural rigidity to explore the frame - shear wall structure interaction mechanism. By computational analysis, the following conclusions: 1, under gravity loads, considering the interaction in the framework of the column axial force decreases side column axial force increases, which produce side column to increase the charge effect, and the upper structure times internal force decreases with increasing floor. Under wind loads, taking into account the combined effect of the whole structure sway increases, indicate that reducing the stiffness of the structure as a whole; the framework assumed Shear larger proportion, indicating that the enhanced role of the framework in the overall structure, growing frame. large. 3, modal analysis considering the interaction, the overall structure of not only increased vibration period but will change modes, such as the engineering example, the first vibration cycle modes in a simplified calculation model performance for X to the first order, and in the joint action analysis model for Y to an order. 4, the horizontal seismic action, considering the interaction, the structure of the total seismic force decreases framework seismic forces assumed a larger proportion of seismic shear walls bear has declined markedly. Increasing local base becomes weak superstructure stiffness, foundation stiffness constant (deformation modulus Es decreases), the basis of differential settlement increases led to the foundation of the whole bending internal forces and the upper structure of secondary forces charge effect increases performance increase side column. Superstructure stiffness, foundation stiffness constant, when the foundation stiffness increases the (raft thickness increase), based on differences in settlement reduce reduce superstructure internal forces, but the basis of the internal forces increase. 7, in the case of foundation stiffness, foundation stiffness constant, when the stiffness of the upper structure is increased, the basis of differences in sedimentation is reduced, but is limited to the stiffness contribution of the upper structure. Therefore, the high-rise buildings on soft ground structure conceptual design and structural calculations should consider the impact of the interaction and technical measures to be taken in the design of structures and components, making the structure safer, more economical design. The research for this article has a good reference value for structural analysis and design of similar projects.
