Abstract

Objective: To study electro-acupuncture Zusanli gastrointestinal dysfunction rat model of local microcirculation and bioelectrical changes monoamine neurotransmitters and other biochemical indicators change impact study electroacupuncture stimulation of the rat model of gastrointestinal function opsonization study electro-acupuncture stimulation the Zusanli of gastrointestinal dysfunction in rat stomach, intestines, liver, brain and other organ different impact, as well as electro-acupuncture stimulation on the normal physiological state of rats with pathological rat model the effect of the differences, and discussed the law and the mechanism of action of acupuncture points visceral effect. Methods: G6805-1A EA therapeutic apparatus stimulation of Zusanli rat model of gastrointestinal disorders. Using laser Doppler flowmetry simultaneous monitoring of the microcirculation of the surface of the stomach, duodenum, liver, brain and other organs. Using the multi-channel polygraph measuring the gastrointestinal electrical signals. RIA and HPLC method to detect blood and tissue to be tested neurotransmitters: dopamine (DA) and serotonin (5-HT), epinephrine (E), norepinephrine (NE) and motilin (MTL), gastrin (GAS), endothelin (ET) biochemical changes. Results: According to the data obtained in the above experiment, the electro-acupuncture Zusanli can significantly improve the stomach, intestines, liver, brain and various organs microcirculation, improve microcirculation blood flow and maintained at a high level after the needle ; electro-acupuncture can improve the frequency of each model rat gastrointestinal bioelectricity, and make the part grouping animals bioelectrical reduce the amplitude; significantly improved the acupuncture model animal groups plasma, stomach, brain MTL level; can significantly improve the model animal needle thorn pretreatment plasma, intestine, brain, stomach tissue the GAS level; significantly reduce the normal and model plasma ET levels, reducing the the Acupuncture normal animal serum HT-5 and E content increased the hypothalamus. Conclusion: Zusanli electroacupuncture stimulation can effectively regulate gastrointestinal dysfunction rat model of local microcirculation, bioelectrical corresponding biochemical indicators play a positive role in the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders. System research methods to explore the Three Mile as the foot of the stomach by the combined points close relationship exists between the point and the gastrointestinal, \
