Abstract


Using JC Company for case study, this paper identified the common features in the growth of private small and medium companies in system integration industry. It analyzed the growth trend and prospects of the system integration industry which JC company belongs to. In particularly SWOT Analysis was done on JC company, showing the external opportunities, the external threats, the internal strengths and the internal weaknesses of JC Company. In the paper it was pointed out that although JC company has the general characteristics and the weakness of a private company, both the external environment and the internal strength supports JC company’s growth in the right direction. Based on JC’s current development, it is expected to choose the strategy of focused targeting. The paper listed the detailed measures JC company implemented based on its strategy. Not only this paper diagnosed the "problems" facing JC company one by one, it also gave the corresponding solutions, however imperfect, in an effort to present a plan for a systematic reorganization at JC Company. In fact, JC has been incrementally improving its current weakness and has achieved some initial results from the reform. However the assessment of a strategy implementation always requires a long practice and test. Practice is the criterion for testing truth. A company always grows in the process of continuous practice and improvement.
