Abstract


Zhuzhou Tianqiao Crane Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "TQCC") is the State Class A crane business, the two major national manufacturers of aluminum smelting special cranes, one of the biggest bridges in southern China, the door-type lifting equipment manufacturers. In today’s fierce global competition and rapid product upgrading in quality management has become business as one of the most important management functions and quality management in enterprise management occupies an increasingly prominent position in the quality management system is in terms of quality of command and control the organization’s management system is the core of enterprise management system by more and more enterprises attach great importance to the enterprise level attention and focus of the study. Therefore, improving the business through effective quality management system, to further regulate the activities of production and operation management, stability, improving the products quality and staff quality of work, enhance customer satisfaction, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, in order to better achieve business development goals .This paper introduces the topics of the meaning, background, domestic and international quality management system, the dynamics of research, study the content and ideas, from both theory and practice, discusses the quality, quality management, definition and development process, quality management system theory presentation and stage of development, quality management system and framework for the content of the study and major research methods. Then, the article describes TQCC’s basic situation and the status of quality management system, through TQCC’s quality management system, operation of an in-depth, systematic and comprehensive analysis, pointing out that the quality management system problems and the causes, Illustrates TQCC’s quality management system to improve the importance and necessity, and discussed TQCC’s quality management system to improve the initial program, the system put forward a framework for improving the quality management system, clear improvement goals, improving methods to improve the content, improve the means of and improve the schedule and so on.In order to protect the flyover improved quality management system has been implemented effectively and achieve improved results, this article clearly the implementation of the objectives and principles set up a leadership team and implement the Working Group proposed to improve the program implementation plan, took steps to improve the program before the implementation of training for improvement in the process of communication, the implementation of strict security measures and may encounter obstacles hinder the emergency plan. Finally, the paper conducted empirical analysis to improve the program, through the comparison of old and new quality management system for implementing an assessment of the expected results obtained findings of the study, and work efforts for further direction.
