Abstract


With the development of the economic level , it was found that the level of happiness does not significantly increase with the economic development . Thus, it is more and more inclined to happiness as a measure of social development an important criterion for subjective well-being and therefore has become a research focus of concern . In the field of human resources , research on subjective well-being and work performance variables is not enough system , the lack of empirical research . Practice in the management sector , despite the \Therefore, subjective well-being and emotional commitment , contextual performance of an empirical study of theoretical significance and practical value . In this study, based on the study and review of the literature on SWB , conducted a survey of 328 members of eight companies in the country , PANAS Scale , SWLS scale , emotional commitment scale and performance scale as a measurement tools to collect the relevant data , and the data for statistical analysis and discussion , the conclusion that the main conclusions of this study , including: (1 ) emotional balance have a significant positive impact on affective commitment ; (2) emotional commitment to the situational the performance has a significant positive impact ; (3) emotions have a significant positive impact on situational performance . (4) affective commitment mediating role in the relationship between emotional balance and Contextual Performance ; regulate the emotional balance and emotional commitment to the relationship (5 ) life satisfaction .
