Abstract


Agricultural tourism is loved by more and more people with its special tourism resources and tourism means. Based on a lot of field survey, through the surrounding areas of Changchun agricultural tourism development research, in areas surrounding the cities for the devastating Chinese agricultural tourism development provides reference and thread.The basic theoretical basis of this paper is sustainable development theory, Recreational Belt Around Metropolis theory, agricultural more functional theory, leisure theory, experience economy theory, affect on urban industrial theory. This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter elaborates the background and significance of the topic, the introduction of agricultural tourism from home and abroad, the contents, methods, framework and theoretical basis of this paper. The second chapter elaborates the development backgrounds of surrounding areas of Changchun agricultural tourism, from natural, human, social economic, and analysis the agricultural tourism in the surrounding areas of Changchun present status, characteristics and problems, and the SOWT analysis. The third chapter elaborates the related concept definition, the distribution of agricultural tourism resources, the development condition and development type. The fourth chapter is the market investigation and analysis of surrounding areas of Changchun agricultural tourism. This chapter analysis the tourists’features and the tourists’behavioral trait,and predict the development trend of tourist market.Chapter 5 puts forward the development mode and strategies of the surrounding areas of big cities like Changchun. Chapter 6 summarizes the research conclusions and recommendations.
