Abstract


Government regulation, is the government administrative to solve market failures, to maintain the order of market competition and promote healthy and continual development, and based on laws and regulations authorized participants on the economic activities of supervision and intervention in economic activities, the administrative act. This administrative action including administration legislation, administrative enforcement actions, administration of justice act. The new online game industry in China is in rapid development period for online game developers, operators bring enormous economic benefits. However, the rapid development of online games at the same time also brought a lot of the negative social impact. Therefore, in terms of protecting the healthy development of the online game industry, or from the protection of the health of the public proceeding, the government should monitor the implementation of the online game industry.In fact, as early as 2000, our country has a government regulation into the online games category, after years of effort online game system of government regulation has gradually developed. But the 2009 outbreak of the Press and Publication Administration and the Ministry of Culture licenses online games between the power struggle - World of Warcraft event, exposing the system of government regulation of online game there are many problems. Therefore, I believe it is necessary to our existing system of government regulation of online games for the systematic organization and one of the problems and causes of the problems discussed in depth and try to put forward a sound proposal.
