Abstract


Enterprise development today, how to survive in the competitive market , and promote development , the ability to keep transformation and innovation to meet the ever-changing market challenges , is placed in front of an industrial enterprise currently every important topic . CF technology companies , such as planned economic model designed to operate production enterprises , comply with the aviation industry, the trend of globalization , participation in aviation subcontract production, through the cooperation with world-class customers , the company from an original simple closed military enterprises, and gradually developed into aircraft engines and gas turbine components main suppliers. This paper first introduces the background of aviation subcontract , leads GE CF technology cooperation with major customers , and to analyze the long-term value and great customer value management , pointing out that the starting point of this study . Turn right customer relationship management and customer relationship management big theories and main concepts are outlined , and the implementation of large customer relationship management analysis. On this basis , combined with the actual CF technology through market analysis, target customer analysis completed a large customer identification , detailed description of the identification and maintenance of such a large customer relationships GE difficult process , by improving customer satisfaction and loyalty , good emotional marketing , personalized and differentiated services such as maintenance of large customer relationships and achieve win-win customers and businesses . Also large customer relationship management problems and prevent the loss of large customers with a simple analysis . In the concluding section of the full text papers to summarize , this study pointed out the significance and limitations of the Department, but also to further deepen the CF technology large customer relationship management, strategic partnerships were discussed. In summary , this paper science and technology through the CF to identify and maintain customer relationships study demonstrates companies can meet the requirements of large customers and improving the technical level and management level, to improve the competitiveness of enterprises , in order to achieve the enterprise steady development, has some theoretical significance and practical value .
