Abstract


Finance is an important part of the economy. As an emerging market, our financial industry is faced with huge potential risks in the special background of economic reform. Because of the increasingly global and liberal world economy and new financial products, the insecurity factors of our financial markets increased. Financial audit is faced with challenge in defending financial security. The best example is that U.S. sub-prime crisis were affecting our finance. So, financial audit must overcome constraints of institution continuously and establish warning system of financial risk together with the financial regulators in the changing audit environment. The article tries to elaborate the status of financial audit and propose the way that financial audit protect national financial security by researching audit environment and national financial risk. Sure, the article has researched base on the relationship between financial audit and financial security as the starting point. Specific ways that financial audit protect national financial security have innovative financial audit objectives and functions, change the financial audit mode and strengthen financial derivatives audit.
