Abstract


Active magnetic bearings ( Active Magnetic Bearing ) is a controlled electromagnetic force new bearings of the rotor suspension , with a friction-free , pollution-free , long life and other traditional bearings incomparable advantages . It is a typical mechatronic systems , including electrical control systems (sensors, power amplifier , controller ) and mechanical system ( electromagnetic bearings stator , rotor , executive coils ) , whose performance depends largely on the performance of the electrical control system . In this paper, the active magnetic bearing controller and power amplifier for the study, conducted in-depth research . This paper first introduces the structure and principle of the electromagnetic bearing system , the function of each part , the establishment of a mathematical model of the single-degree-of-freedom electromagnetic bearing system and its characteristics are simulated using MATLAB . Followed by a discussion of the electromagnetic bearing switching power amplifier topology, modulation method , control mode to do the analysis . In this paper, the design of two - level and three - level PWM switching power amplifier circuit structure, control circuit , efficiency and ripple amplifier characteristics simulation and test its performance . Then the electromagnetic bearing structure of the digital control system is divided into hardware and software aspects be described in detail . Mainly include the choice of the microprocessor , the sensor filter circuit , DAC , DSP peripheral interface hardware design , software design including control strategies , the derivation of the algorithm of the PID digital control algorithm program . Finally, part of the electromagnetic bearing system joint debugging, static and dynamic suspension of the four degrees of freedom , from the experimental results show that the system successfully completed the smooth floating , the damping is right , good stability in a wide range to meet the electromagnetic bearing system run Wing , the paper work done to achieve the desired objectives.
