Abstract


The increasingly fierce market competition, the ever-changing market environment, to promote the rise and development of the virtual enterprise, so several companies to work together to face the market demand, the rapid integration of resources, to achieve a win-win situation. With the development of virtual enterprise research, scholars gradually became aware of the trust between the virtual enterprise partner in operations management process played a decisive role, therefore, the question of trust in the virtual enterprise, has become a study Virtual Enterprise wave hot issue. But in the current literature, the analysis of influencing factors and trust mechanisms are mainly focused on the research trust behavior, how to trust in the virtual enterprise partner evaluation study is relatively small. Only virtual enterprise partners trust evaluation and analysis of the virtual enterprise partner in the level of trust influencing factors also targeted control and improvement of trust between the partners. Not only enriches the research results in the area of ??virtual enterprise trust, provide ideas and guidance for the virtual enterprise practice. This thesis is mainly completed the work of the following aspects: (1) Virtual Enterprise Trust evaluation model. On the basis of summing up the experience and lack of trust evaluation model, this paper attempts to establish a matrix evaluation model based on the credibility and cooperation between the two dimensions, the model can effectively avoid the one-sidedness of the evaluation model and information flooded. (2) Virtual Enterprise Trust Evaluation Method. In the evaluation process, the evaluation of each indicator are language form, binary semantic information processing method can avoid losses and distortions of the linguistic assessment information. This article according to the binary semantic approach, the credibility and cooperation between the two dimensions are given the evaluation method and the evaluation step, and finally gives the analysis method for the evaluation results, and for each of the three results of the evaluation are given improved strategies . (3) Case Study. Trust the analysis of influencing factors of a the TS virtual enterprise partners from two dimensions to make the evaluation, analysis and evaluation of information, virtual enterprise partners to evaluate concrete steps to verify that the evaluation model and evaluation method in this article is reasonable. This paper provides the evaluation method for the Virtual Enterprise Trust, the different types of virtual enterprise, however, has its own unique characteristics and therefore trust factor is different for different types of virtual enterprise research study, which is in this article limitations, is further need to carry out the research work.
