Abstract


Along with the world-wide economic union and under the rapid development on economic globalization, more and more China OEM manufacture facing to the labour competitive advantage reduction and lie in the predicament on the end of industry chain. So the China OEM manufacture now are facing to the industry transition crossroad, just as from original equipment manufacturing to self-brand manufacturing. Frankly speaking, however, a number of manufacturers not quite familiar with the method how to instruct the manufactory business proceeding not only base on theory but also practice. In spit of some of them know the OEM should step into the stage of ODM or OBM, it is still not the effective mirror mode in strategy implementation to China manufactory.First of all, base on the conception of OEM、ODM、OBM and manufacture, illustrating the background、environment and development where they exist, the difference between OEM、ODM and OBM; Secondly, under the "smiling curve" theory and "compare advantage" theory instruction along with two different succeed manufacturers example, analyzing the industry chain integration in vertical and horizontal stage, using the way of industry centralization、optimize the industry structure and industry division、improve technical innovations and enhance the region corporation , etc. In order to achieve the integration and upgrade on the industry chain transition.In the end, through analyzing China OEM manufacture industry current status, service environment, development advantage, disadvantage, opportunity and challenge which they faced under global economic status, we are be well known that China manufacture need promote the self-motivated innovations capability, absorb the advanced technical and management experiences by cooperating with multinational OEM, create the China manufacture core-competitiveness and development oneself to the highest of value chain. In conclusion, all above of these, which are the favorable foundation to the China manufacture industry transition and upgrade and will make great contribution to our national brand development.
