Abstract


Economic development, urbanization, agricultural land conversion is an inevitable phenomenon. Existence of externalities of land use in agricultural land conversion process, therefore, government regulation is particularly important, but the Government during the regulation of agricultural land conversion of agricultural land conversion law, as well as agricultural land conversion issues related to regional differences, there is no objective and grasp of the system, especially in the preparation of the land use planning, the lack of reliable analysis and scientific basis in the allocation of land resources phase. In this paper, Shaanxi Province, for example, first of all the agricultural land conversion in Shaanxi Province and the economic growth analysis, and measure out the Guanzhong of Shaanxi Province and its three regions, northern Shaanxi and southern Shaanxi, and 11 cities under the jurisdiction of ( area) agricultural land conversion contribution to the economic growth rate, its contribution rate differences were analyzed, based on depth to investigate the cause of the Shaanxi Province farmland conversion of the influencing factors of the economic growth in the contribution rate differences identify the dominant factors that affect the regional differences of contribution rate of agricultural land conversion, and finally put forward policy recommendations, conversion, the rational allocation of land resources to provide reference for government regulation of agricultural land. This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is the Introduction. Background, purpose and significance of a brief introduction to the thesis, a review of domestic and foreign farmland conversion dynamic, and put forward the ideas and methods of the thesis concluded that the paper may be the innovations. The second chapter is an overview of the agricultural land conversion. Based on the definition of the concept of farmland conversion, given the definition of agricultural land conversion, and the substance of the Conversion of agricultural land, the basic approach and metrics set forth for the subsequent analysis laid theoretical basis. Chapter Farmland Conversion and Economic Growth in Shaanxi Province overview. Introduced in Shaanxi Province and its three regional relations, an overview of the economic growth in southern Shaanxi and northern Shaanxi, and agricultural land conversion condition is described as a basis for Conversion of agricultural land in Shaanxi Province and the economic growth of the related Sexually measurement and analysis. The fourth chapter is on the estimates of economic growth in the contribution rate of agricultural land conversion in Shaanxi Province. Through a comparative analysis of a variety of methods to select the CD function of production Shaanxi Province farmland conversion contribution to the economic growth rate. First estimates of farmland conversion of the three regions of Shaanxi Province, Guanzhong, southern Shaanxi and northern Shaanxi and under the jurisdiction of the 11 cities (districts) economic growth, the contribution rate, and then analyze the contribution rate differences Finally, according to Shaanxi the difference of the geographical location of the various regions of the province, and factors such as the level of economic development, and analysis the farmland conversion factors contribution to the differences in the impact of the economic growth of Shaanxi Province. Chapter VI is conclusions and suggestions. Based on the above analysis, summed up the conclusions of this paper, and put forward reasonable regulation of Shaanxi Province farmland conversion, to improve Conversion of agricultural land in Shaanxi Province contribution to economic growth, the policy recommendations to promote coordinated economic development of the regions of Shaanxi Province.
