Abstract


The total of this paper is divided into five parts , the first part of the INTRODUCTION on the significance of this research , the contents of the literature review and this study , the research methods and innovations . The second part of this article is divided into theoretical explanations , the theoretical basis of this article from Cobb - Douglas production function (CD function ) , According to the existing literature , different theoretical models , this paper ultimately take Ligong Kui and Funing Zhong (2006) , the use of the model to describe the agricultural production of the farmers in our country . The third part of this article analysis of the differences in the efficiency of research into agricultural land , combined with existing literature abroad , the paper summarizes the existing three empirical models , and the combination of the different conclusions of the three models to the empirical model . Part IV of this article is divided into empirical study , based on survey data , draw meaningful conclusions . The fifth part of this paper concludes with policy recommendations . Along with economic development , China's existing small-scale peasant whether also in line with national conditions , it is a question worth considering . Rural development and construction can not be separated from the agricultural land , With the technological advances of science and technology , small-scale operation may have been less suitable for the needs of economic development . Summarized foreign studies in different countries at different times, small-scale farming land utilization efficiency ( large scale production ), may be high contrast , can be no difference , and may be low. In China's rural areas , mechanized operations in the gradual promotion , capital investment increasing number of alternative labor . The level of urbanization in China has been improving , while the growing demand of the rural labor force . In order to match the needs of rural and urban development , the reform of the agricultural land is likely to play a key role . Improve rural farmers' income , they can not reduce the efficiency of the agricultural land .
