Abstract

Our direct investment in ASEAN has yet to be increased in quantity and China also has the ability and necessary to increase direct investment in ASEAN; investment in the field of distribution, should first of all based on the traditional industries, and then to the high-tech industry to rationalize our direct investment in ASEAN to promote industrial layout, but also to make our country's industrial structure adjustment and upgrading; Chinese enterprises in recent years, interest in direct investment in ASEAN is increasingly strong, state-owned enterprises in the large or said to have a distinct advantage in infrastructure investment, and private enterprise is in terms of management and technology has its own unique advantages and flexible management of private enterprises, with a certain degree of high-tech, and so it became direct investment in ASEAN an important subject. This article is hope to play a certain referential significance for the Chinese government and enterprises of China's direct investment in ASEAN activities through research and analysis, enabling Chinese companies to be able to grasp the good opportunity to take advantage of the ASEAN platform to continuous development, to become internationally competitive enterprises.
