Abstract


This paper analyzes identified the couple common debt and couples of the legal basis of the personal debt and finds range , according to the law , the basic rules , identified the couple's joint debt and personal debt proposed to deal with the couple debt should follow a fair and legal , to protect the interests of creditors and less than in the third person \At the same time , the burden of proof in the form of the deal with the couple debt allocation of responsibility and accountability debt settlement , how to balance the spouses and third party interests .
