Abstract


With the rapid growth of the number and size of the engineering construction projects in China , there is an urgent need to establish management project management office multiple items , standardize project management processes and methodologies to provide project support and communication and coordination , improve project management information construction and cultivate the ability of \In order to evaluate the level of performance of project management office , to provide the basis for continuous improvement , this paper established a project management office performance evaluation index system and evaluation model : First, the binding characteristics of the functional characteristics of the project management office and project management , key performance indicators Act and the Balanced Scorecard method of combining into the idea of ??combining the organizational performance evaluation and project performance evaluation to establish the level of matter-element analysis method followed by the use of performance evaluation index system based on the design phase and construction phase of the project management office ; all levels and performance indicators for each evaluation level of correlation degree value is calculated on the basis of determining the various levels of performance indicators of the right weight and matter-element correlation function calculation method to determine the project management office performance evaluation consolidated level ; final of a municipal road project Management Office for the study, the use of project management office performance evaluation index system and evaluation model evaluated , and achieved satisfactory results of the evaluation . Empirical studies have shown that the design project management office performance evaluation index system and evaluation model with a strong scientific and practical .
