Automobile main reducer is important assembly of automotive driveline, the differential is a key component in the final drive assembly, have a great impact on their quality and performance of the vehicle's performance. In this paper, the actual project as the background, according to the characteristics of the main gear box production the main reducer drive performance and vibration performance, detection scheme developed typical operating conditions, developed a response to these performance while also meeting the engineering practice online detection system requirements, a major study of the following aspects: (1) describes the structure and function of the main gear box; Summary of automobile testing technology research status at home and abroad; analysis of the main gear box drive performance and vibration performance status quo, on the road test bench test method are two methods were compared. (2) describes the most commonly used symmetric planetary gear differential structure, role and works cited the main reducer drive performance evaluation. On this basis, the composition of the of differential internal friction torque, from the angle of friction, and the establishment of a calculation model of the internal friction torque; analysis the differential torque distribution properties, the establishment of the distribution of the torque of the axle gear on both sides relationship Summary the friction torque within the differential with main reducer input torque change the law. Analysis and discussion of the kinematic characteristics of the differential, differential transmission performance of the typical operating conditions, the kinetic model, at the same time to provide theoretical guidance for the detection of the transmission performance. (3) analysis on the structural characteristics of the main gear box and driving conditions, the main reducer gear drive system coupled vibration model, the main parameters of the transmission system calculated by empirical formula to analyze the inherent characteristics of the gear coupling system using Runge-Kutta numerical algorithm in the transmission error incentives and when to change the the main reducer stiffness excitation vibration characteristics, to study the impact of external parameters on the performance of vibration. Form of factory main reducer gear failure analysis, and summarizes the characteristics of the spectrum. (4) on the basis of theoretical analysis, has made an overall of main reducer detection system analysis, including the detection function, design requirements and technical parameters required analysis and detection programs, and in the study on the basis of four typical conditions, the development of test methods . Then conduct a comprehensive analysis of the test stand in terms of the overall structure of the detection process measurement and control system hardware and software development, online detection of the main reducer drive performance and vibration performance test system developed. Finally, a test rig of the main gear box of a particular model was tested, and the test results and phenomena are analyzed and discussed.
