Abstract


Since the Opening of our country to the outside world, Construction supervision system which is developed and borrowed foreign construction engineering project management experience is a kind of engineering construction management system. With the entrance of WTO and the ever-growing speed of marketing course, both the way of engineering project investment and project management is being changed. Supervision Companies which working only in constructiong phases no longer meet the needs of entire-orientation and entire-course management service. Native Construction Supervision Company should be transferred into project Management Company as soon as possible and find out a new way which fit the long development of Supervision Company, in order to improve their competitive capability.This thesis point out the future orientation of Supervison Company, through analysing the developing situation and problems. According to the actual situation of Supervision Company, facing the internal and external environment, we analyse the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats by SWOT method. Demostrate the feasibility of Supervision Company transferring into Project Management Company and propose relevant strategies.This thesis research on strategy of JF Supervision Company transferring into Project Management Company. This research proposes ideas considering JF Supervision Company’s characters. To achieve the company’s strategic objective, We analyse JF Supervision Company in-depth by SWOT method and propose several concrete measures and safeguards from aptitude, human resource, market development and so on.
