Abstract


With economic development, the growing social demand for energy, non-renewable resources are increasingly depleted due to uncontrolled exploitation of people. Therefore, how scientific and efficient use of energy, to ensure the sustainable development of the national economy, the world has become a very important research topic. With the soaring oil prices and the deterioration of the climate and environment has evolved into an important strategic move for the protection of national energy security, sustain economic development and reduce environmental pollution, improve energy efficiency. China's energy reserves are limited and uneven geographical distribution, and the lack of conventional energy resources per capita.
