Abstract


Food security crisis has become a major challenge for the inevitable process of China 's social management . At present , although the Chinese government has recognized the importance of public participation , but also did not jump from the past \Therefore, how to give full play to the role of social participation in food safety supervision , China 's food safety regulatory solved important issues . This article is based on this study to consider this problem . Of the problem with the theory of literature review and comment on the basis of , first of all , the trend of public participation in the development of food safety control explained that the diversified management of food safety regulatory body positive interaction mechanism is not only the government to respond to changes in the international and domestic environment needs, but also the inevitable trend of development of crisis management theory . Then through empirical analysis of the current situation of our public participation analysis, analysis to identify the problems of food safety supervision of public participation ; Secondly, based on the theory of democratic participation , public choice theory , the theory of civil society and social capital theory , from the mechanisms , ability , trust and awareness of the public participation the root causes of the problems in the food safety regulatory ; Furthermore , based on analysis of the causes of , on how to improve food safety supervision in public participation , build our food safety supervision of public participation mechanisms to enhance public participation in the awareness and ability to participate , and foster pluralistic and participatory social capital and foster public awareness of the crisis , given the path selection ; Finally, a summary of the full text , the next stage of the research the direction of the analysis and outlook .
