Abstract


With the development of social and the advancement of technology, air pollution is worsening, particularly; the dust particle pollution is the most common among those. Electrostatic precipitator dust has been widely applied as an effective means, View of the high-pressure electrostatic dust removal system in which the environment may pose a danger to staff, In practice, how to achieve automatic control and remote monitoring of dust control system become a hot topic in the development of electrostatic dust.This design uses C8051F060 single chip as a lower computer, First, on-site analog signals (output voltage, output current, import and export concentration) through the sensor are converted to current signals, the selected resistor connected in series to make the output voltage signal of 0-2.48V (SCM measurements based on the internal voltage reference range), for field signal acquisition. And within the microcontroller A/D conversion, completing the transformation analog to digital signals, to provide the conditions for the host computer, under both dust removal equipment the specific site conditions and relevant local regulations, set the maximum output voltage and emission when the dust concentration in the export value of standards, to judge by alternating single chip to realize the power supply voltage automatic lifting and maintaining electrostatic precipitator under the case of allowed pressure, in the best condition of the intelligent closed-loop control functions.Use MAX485 chip data transmission, single +5 V power supplies, as a half-duplex communication, complete conversion from TTL level to RS-485 level functions. MAX485 chip use a unique differential output terminals to receive and transmit, to ensure the accuracy of data transmission and data communications in order to extend the distance of terminals, for the majority are used currently 232 cases, add 485/232 level conversion interfaces in the end of the transmission, to ensure the good reception of data.This design use Lab VIEW as a host computer, for its unique graphical programming to create an online monitoring of human-computer interface of electrostatic precipitator system parameters, reading the serial data through the VISA protocol, and data separation, binary conversion processing, the object to be detected (the output voltage, Output current, import/ export interface concentration and collection efficiency, etc.) as independent sub-VI, using Sub Panel technology, call the appropriate sub-VI program when needed, providing real-time display of monitoring data; using Access to establish experimental database, connect Lab VIEW and computer data by using the SQL language, complete the monitoring data storage and historical data query functions.
