Abstract


Project schedule management as the most important work of the project management , project management, other work , such as work on the basis of the cost balance, the balance of resources . The effective management of the project schedule to reach the scheduled duration of the project and has important implications for other goals . In this paper, based on the analysis at home and abroad on the project schedule management and optimization of the status quo , introduced the basic theory of the project schedule management , to achieve the duration minimum cost and minimum duration within the allowable range or to determine the minimum fixed duration time the costs incurred by the proposed duration - the cost of non-linear optimization model that distinguishes it from other research . Introduced particle swarm intelligence optimization , use of its advantages in solving nonlinear programming equation to solve the optimization model , and apply a practical engineering cases to verify the validity of the model and algorithm for the management and control of the project schedule has certain guiding significance .
