Abstract


Implementation of construction projects BOQ pricing norms in China has been more than four years, but there are still many places that need to be refined and improved. BOQ pricing model is to reform and improve the project cost management system, standardize the the building market order is an important part. Construction enterprises to take advantage of this mode of market pricing, well according to the situation of supply and demand in the construction market, information status and corporate fixed free bidding, improve the enterprise's comprehensive strength, and create more economic benefits. Therefore, this topic has very important theoretical and practical significance. This article aims to analyze the problems and causes domestic project cost management based on theoretical analysis, empirical analysis of the bill pricing and comparative analysis of the fixed budget, proposed measures to refine and improve project cost management system, it is recommended. By practical engineering examples the contrast fixed pricing model and BOQ pricing model to analyze the difference between the two pricing models, as well as the enormous influence and role of project cost management; construction units from the point of view of Project Cost management system are discussed, the construction unit to determine the specific approach of project cost management objectives, and to ensure that the goals of the project cost management; discussed the payment of the cost of the project engineering bill pricing mode, change control of claims processing and engineering costs adjustment; in the process of implementation of the project, the analysis of the measures on the basis of the deviation and correcting deviations, try the scientific definition of the project cost, as well as relying on a reasonable project implementation cycle project management of the whole process of the bill of quantities. Among them, the time - the relationship between the investment curve, price adjusted value formula as well as the duration, quality, cost three analysis, the nature of the attempt. With the continuous development of the construction market, \In this paper, the improvement of the management system of the project cost engineering bill pricing mode, run some reasonable suggestions, mainly in the construction units should be optimized tender, improve project management information subsystem; Contractor shall continue to improve the corporate fixed and databases, Participation units should be strengthened in order to improve the ability of independent quotes; credit evaluation, and build a comprehensive environment for our Project Cost Management.
