Abstract


Fixed pricing model is one of the traditional price-volume project valuation model, this pricing model in the field of construction has been used for decades , the pricing models quickly and easily , in a certain range , but also long-term use . BOQ pricing model in 2003 in our application, is the volume and price of separating pricing model, mainly used in project bidding stage ; engineering bill pricing model of promotion, marking China's construction cost management by the government pricing model to market pricing paradigm shift . Based on the fixed pricing models and engineering bill pricing model study analyzing BOQ pricing model with fixed pricing model of the development process and valuation methods , pointing out their own characteristics and the links between them , and then according to engineering practice , BOQ proposed pricing model for the problems , and our bill of quantities to improve and perfect the system proposed. Details are as follows : Part I: introduction to China 's development process engineering cost management , cost management analysis of the various stages of a particular , and then analyzes the shortcomings come to fixed pricing model . Part II: a fixed pricing system to discuss the basic process , budget composition , calculation methods . Part III: describes the engineering bill pricing model origin , composition and foreign BOQ , BOQ development and application , according to the case study of BOQ BOQ role. Part IV: comparative analysis from a multi- faceted list pricing model with fixed pricing model similarities and differences, similarities and differences between the comparison drawn through the Bill of Quantities advantage BOQ is China's construction industry with the international trend. Part V: analysis of the current lack of BOQ , by improving the valuation of BOQ and supporting system ideas and proposals .
