Abstract


In order to standardize the engineering construction process, the government issuedthe construction project the quantities bill valuation standard ", from then on, theconstruction project bidding entirely towards the mode of valuation. In under the modeof valuation, bid to take presents new requirements, reviews of the workload, difficultyare significantly increase than ever before, how in a relatively short period of time tomake scientific and reasonable evaluation is the most important.The goal of this study is to make BOQ more smooth and efficient implementationof the bidding work To achieve this effect, the first detailed and in-depth study of theBOQ bid evaluation system from the surveys and studies, concluded that the bidevaluation marketdemand is a good adjunct to the bid evaluation system, based on theresearch results, the paper designs and development of a BOQ mode the bid evaluationmanagement system, the higher the efficiency of this system, in the the BOQ bidevaluation work in practicea few times, and have achieved good results.The system uses the open unified data interface standards between the variousmodules are independent of each other, and can respond to different types of bidevaluation project.In this paper, the design of the system, the largest project bid evaluation market canguard against all kinds of risks, especially in the project offer matching the bidevaluation time, the efficiency of the project has greatly improved the efficiency ofinvestment and maximize the quality of the project’s goals.
