According to the theory of the protective layer , gas occurrence and flow theory , combined with masonry beams , the critical layer theory as well as coal and gas outburst theory under the protective layer of overburden strata structure evolution and mechanical properties , and at the same time , the use of numerical simulation and similar material simulation technology, mining overburden rock structural stress and strain analysis ; conduct a study on the protective layer of Destress gas migration law . Protective layer mining practices combined Huainan Coal Mine , the establishment of gas drainage system , optimize the parameters of gas drainage , reduce the protective layer of gas content , lower gas pressure , gas drainage rate , to achieve the elimination of the protected layer gas outburst purpose ; Field practice : through the protective layer (B10 coal ) mining , the use of the protective layer (B11b coal) backplane drainage tunnel marked to - wear layer grid drilling and digging gas pressure relief gas drainage tunnel on the protective layer drainage, eliminating the risk of the protective layer of coal and gas outburst , reduce the gas content of coal reduce gas emission face mining process , the B11 b the seam achieve top coal caving mining conditions , to achieve the safety of the main coal seam in rapid excavation and efficient recovery . Under the protective layer of overburden strata structure evolution and pressure relief gas drainage comprehensive study to provide a reference for the realization of the coal mining pumping integration and green mining research .
