Abstract

Recent years, with the intensification of marine pollution, the pollution mode is gradually changed from a single pollution impacts combined pollution impact, and the interaction of a variety of new organic pollutants. Tested biological Philippines clams (Ruditapes philippinarum) and to select typical organic pollutants in the marine environment of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) - anthracene, and new contaminants of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) for the induction of poison, respectively. SDS and anthracene Ruditapes philippinarum acute toxic effects and antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity impact, and the use of a 2 × 2 factorial analysis to evaluate the joint toxicity of SDS anthracene Ruditapes philippinarum. The results are as follows: the acute toxic effects of SDS and anthracene Ruditapes philippinarum experimental ecology, Ruditapes philippinarum were exposed to different concentrations of SDS and anthracene solution, 24h, 48h, 72h and 96h Statistics mortality, through unit conversion regression equation, find the median lethal concentration LC50. The experimental results show that the SDS Philippines clams 96h median lethal concentration LC50 = 1.466mg / L, is highly toxic substances, SDS concentration higher Ruditapes philippinarum, the stronger toxicity; With the increase of the anthracene concentration, Philippines The acute toxicity of the shellfish gradually increased, but 120h mortality rate of less than 20%, can not find the anthracene Ruditapes philippinarum 96h median lethal concentration. SDS Ruditapes philippinarum toxicity was significantly greater than the toxicity of anthracene. SDS and anthracene antioxidant enzyme activity in Ruditapes philippinarum according to the results of the acute toxicity test, Ruditapes philippinarum exposed to different concentrations of SDS (control group, 0.01 mg / L and 0.1 mg / L and 0.2 mg / L 0.5mg / L), and anthracene (blank group, the DMSO control group, 0.007 mg / L low concentration group, 0.07 mg / L in concentration group, 0.7mg / L, high concentration group) was, respectively, 0d, 3D, 6d, 9d, 12d, 15d sampling each concentration group three parallel sampling. Sampling organization for the mantle (including plumbing Organization), visceral mass, muscle tissue (including ax foot and adductor muscle), of SOD, CAT, GSH-Px activity was measured, drawn enzyme activity curve. Experimental results show that the low concentration of SDS treatment on the three enzymes are induced, high concentrations of SDS treatment group showed inhibitory effect, SOD and CAT overall; GSH-Px activity is to be induced and then be suppressed. The three organizational activity of sensitivity to SDS treatment are visceral mass gt; mantle gt; muscle tissue. Therefore, the visceral mass of SOD, CAT and GSH-Px activity level can be used as Ruditapes philippinarum sensitive indicator of stress on SDS. Anthracene Stress on the induction of three enzymes SOD, CAT, GSH-Px in varying degrees with the inhibitory effect of Ruditapes philippinarum three organizational activity of different concentration of anthracene stress sensitivity. Three of SOD Anthracene Stress sensitivity the visceral mass gt; muscle tissue gt; mantle; the the CAT sensitivity order visceral mass gt; mantle gt; muscle tissue; GSH-Px sensitivity Sort mantle gt; muscle tissue gt; visceral mass. Therefore, the level of GSH-Px in the visceral mass of SOD, CAT and mantle as the of Ruditapes philippinarum sensitive indicator of anthracene stress. 3 SDS and anthracene joint effects and interaction of the Philippines clams Ruditapes philippinarum exposure in poison treatment group, divided into a control group (without adding SDS and anthracene) SDS concentration group (0.2mg / L), anthracene concentration group (0.07mg / L), SDS anthracene concentration group (0.2 mg / L SDS 0.07mg / L anthracene), each test water 3L, randomly inject 30 domesticated Ruditapes philippinarum, experimental time for 15d. First 0d, 3d, 6d, 9d, 12d, 15d sampling each concentration group of three, parallel sampling. Sampling organization for the mantle (including plumbing Organization), visceral mass, muscle tissue (including ax foot and adductor muscle), determination of the activity of antioxidant enzymes (SOD, CAT, GSH-Px) in the organizations. The experimental results show that the SDS anthracene Ruditapes philippinarum joint, combined with analysis of variance table interaction effect profile can be found SDS anthracene interaction is more significant with time - effect relationship. Visceral mass organizations of SOD and muscle tissue of SOD and CAT, SDS, and anthracene in the entire process of joint stress always demonstrated synergy; 6d mantle visceral mass CAT 12d visceral mass with muscle tissue SOD, GSH-Px in the the CAT and muscle tissue in the visceral mass, the SDS anthracene joint stress no interaction, are single poison effect led; antioxidant for the organization of three of the other conditions enzyme, in the early stage of the Joint Stress Effect antagonistic effects with the treatment time, interaction of SDS anthracene gradually by the antagonistic effect into synergies, a sharp increase in the toxicity of combined pollution.
