Control of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau under different institutional tectonism and climate affect the developmental formed by overthrusting role . In recent years, high altitude mountain uplift mechanism, the study focuses on the crustal evolution of orogenic evolution mode Surface Processes evidence surface process research shift from qualitative to semi-quantitative - quantitative stage . The entry point is the flag carrier of crustal deformation, climate evolution , that is, the surface topography . Digital elevation model (DEM) is the digital representation of the Earth's surface topography and simulation of new ideas and methods , which provide for the study of the topography . The analysis technique based on a digital elevation model (DEM) data space , take advantage of the latest get 90m spatial resolution SRTM DEM data , select the northeastern tip of the Qinghai - Tibet Plateau , the macro-scale quantitative terrain analysis . ARCGIS 9.2 software platform swells by selecting different geomorphological parameters , I became a series of geomorphic analysis of thematic maps such as peak view , with an average elevation map , bottom view , with an average slope map and local topography map and a detailed discussion and analysis . The analysis shows that the performance of the northeastern tip of the Qinghai - Tibet Plateau was stepped low slope , low rolling terrain characteristics . On this basis , the author of the landform parameters contrast, average slope and local topography basic linear relationship could come to describe the surface undulations . The study further found to increase with elevation , terrain slope and topography stepwise increase downcutting influence by water at a relatively low altitude , by glaciation and mechanical weathering control in the alpine regions . In addition , the study area strip with analysis and stratigraphic division that control the low slope of the study area , the low undulating terrain characteristics factors : lithology , sedimentation , erosion , and alpine planation surface .
