With the development of military science and technology and information era weapons, the rapid development of the vessels, naval combat system for further information technology, ship-borne weapons further guidance. A variety of state-of-the-art electronic equipment and weapons loaded onto ships, a large number of electronic devices using CMOS technology, and high density, vulnerable to electrostatic damage. EED is the most sensitive components of the weapons and ammunition, electrostatic hazards of EED great. Electrostatic discharge event, it will make the key equipment on the vessels loss of function in the war, the consequences will be fatal; electrostatic discharge can also cause the ship-borne weapons and ammunition explosion, and ship crash resulting in death. Tanker ESD protection research at home and abroad for more, but for electrostatic protection of the ships, basically less studied. The buildup of static electricity on the ships internal and external conditions are fully present, if the protective measures properly, it could instantly generate a huge electrostatic discharge energy, resulting in a significant loss of immeasurable. Research ships mechanism of static electricity, the analysis of the electrostatic discharge model and electrostatic the discharge vessels hazards and electrostatic protection against the risks that exist, with a huge military value and practical significance. The ships as the research object, ships electrostatic mechanism of electricity and electrostatic discharge type, measurement and analysis of electrostatic discharge parameters, the establishment of model ships electrostatic discharge, and ship static security risks were assessed the ships static protection. The main work and results are as follows: 1. Analysis of ship electrostatic mechanism proposed electrostatic discharge type of vessels; electrostatic parameters measuring principle is analyzed. By meas-ured in different situations body static resistance, capacitance and potential analysis of experimental data and theoretical analysis of the error. Proposed model ships electrostatic discharge, electromagnetic field modeling, mobile human body model, explosives human body model, the analysis and the determination of the various parameters of each model; shipboard electronic equipment and ammunition and other dangerous goods safety hazards analysis and assessment to determine the electrostatic potential safety problems in the vessels; electrostatic discharge hazard to the ship's various systems and crew. By the general principles of the electrostatic protection, a carrier-based electronic devices from electrostatic protection by suppressing electrostatic discharge, to suppress electrostatic induction, to suppress electromagnetic induction and inhibit conduction coupling.
