With the growing awareness of the quality of life, the decorative structural timber in the future one of the development trend of China's wood-based panel industry. Our country in a very long period is not only faced with the contradictions of the total lack of wood, but also caused by a serious lack of large diameter, precious natural material structural contradictions. Chinese white poplar is one of our most important plantation species, poplar resources has been widely used in China's plywood industry. Poplar due to its inherent nature and defects to the processing and utilization of brought many difficulties, the impact of its use value. In order to effectively utilize the rich resources of poplar, aspen pattern is not clear, wood color monotonous and dark wet heartwood \important way of wood, wood color processing is one of the key technologies for manufacturing simulation materials. This thesis is the first time in the domestic Chinese white poplar smallwood stumpage staining staining. Explore the the acidic Golden G, and alkaline 湖蓝 BB its stained optimization process; the transpiration measured during the test trial material; technological factors on transpiration; transpiration and dye rose height, dye uptake and color relationship; analysis of two dye penetration in wood. The test results are as follows: 1, with acid dyes, experimental optimization process is dye mass fraction of 0.3%, a dyeing time was 4 days, penetrant mass fraction was 0.05%, the bath pH value of 5.2. 2, with an alkaline dyes, test optimization process is dye mass fraction of 0.2%, the staining time of 6 days, penetrant mass fraction of 0.03%, the dye liquor pH should be between 4.2 to 5.2. 3, the two dyes were dyed different technological factors on transpiration. 4, evapotranspiration and dye rising height, dye uptake, a significant positive correlation between the color difference, the regression analysis are highly correlated, a linear relationship. 5, the test material in the radial direction there is a common phenomenon: the sapwood staining was significantly better than the heartwood; early wood stain better latewood same rings, gradually shallower the dyeing depth by Xiang Wan earlywood material, rings at the deepest color. 6, with an acidic golden yellow G staining, with staining height increases, the color difference value gradually becomes smaller, the brightness L * gradually increases, the red-green axis chromaticity index gradually becomes smaller, the HLG axes chromaticity index also becomes gradually smaller ; staining generally more than 3m height. 7, with the alkaline lake BB blue staining, with the dyeing height increases, the color difference value gradually becomes smaller; lightness L ~ * gradually becomes larger; the red-green axis chromaticity index gradually increased, the yellow-blue axis chromaticity index gradually increases. However, in the height of dyeing, basic dyes not as acid dyes, dyed high in general about 2m.
