Burnout is an occupational disease of modern society Helping industry and the teaching profession as a typical Helping industry is a high-risk population of burnout. Burnout not only seriously affect an individual's physical and mental health and performance, but also affect the performance of the individual organization, and thus become the recent research focus. Burnout is the individual is unable to cope with the excessive demands of the outside world beyond the personal energy and resources generated by the physical, emotional, emotions, behavior and other aspects of physical and mental exhaustion of state, both by situational factors and personality factors. Terror management theory of self-worth that self-esteem is a buffer between the pressure, stress and anxiety, and cope with cognitive or behavioral efforts made to reduce stress or injury and individuals facing stress situations, so in theory on a higher sense of self-worth, and the appropriate response will alleviate burnout, this article discusses the primary and secondary school teachers 'sense of self-worth, coping styles and teachers' job burnout relationship. Study a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, has conducted a survey of 1100 primary and secondary school teachers to explore the structure of teachers' sense of self-worth, self-esteem questionnaire preparation of primary and secondary school teachers. The second study used questionnaires to 915 primary and secondary school teachers as the research object of primary and secondary school teachers' sense of self-worth, and the relationship between coping styles and teacher burnout. Through the above two studies, the main draw the following conclusions: 1. Preparation of primary and secondary school teachers in this study self-esteem questionnaire contains 23 items, with good reliability and validity of the test; primary and secondary school teachers' sense of self-worth includes vocational skills, personal qualities, social acceptance, interpersonal skills, and student feedback five dimensions. Primary and secondary school teachers in general burnout level is not high; coping styles used by the primary and secondary school teachers in turn solve the problem, seek help, rationalization, fantasy, avoidance and self-blame; overall level of primary and secondary school teachers a sense of self-worth higher; in primary school teacher burnout, coping style and sense of self-worth, there are significant differences in gender, teaching experience, and school type. 3 exist between the five dimensions of self-worth six coping styles significantly related; of instrumental coping style teachers sense of self-worth was significantly positively related to defensive coping style and sense of self-worth was a significant negative correlation. Coping styles and teacher burnout is closely related to the six coping styles were associated with the emotions of teacher burnout failure was significantly related to the three dimensions of knowledge exhaustion and personal accomplishment; instrumental coping style more teacher burnout lighter Teacher burnout more defensive response is more serious. The presence of primary and secondary school teachers' sense of self-worth and burnout significantly related; teachers with a high sense of self-worth burnout significantly lower than low self-esteem teachers. Primary and secondary school teachers coping style plays an intermediary role between the sense of self-worth and burnout. The findings of this study not only improve the internal mechanism of teacher burnout, and provides the basis for the remission of teacher burnout, and to make a certain contribution to the theoretical system for the rich teachers' sense of self-worth.
